Lenny's 2cents on Buying:   It is such an emotional process that most people make too many emotional decisions.  I like to think of myself (as well as all my other "hats") as the voice of reason.  I will suggest things to you... but you are always the boss!   As a Buyer you need to see many different properties... this establishes a "base" understanding of the market you are looking in.  That will always make identifying the "Right One!" much easier.   When getting approved for financing... always ask why you are not able to get the "lowest"rate... it may be fairly simple for us to correct a few things so you can lower your interest rate!...
