Owner Financing can be a great solution for many Buyers & Sellers.    It can also be a nightmare for a Buyer.    There have been so many Buyers "screwed" when using "creative" financing over the years that the State of Texas passed new laws making it virtually illegal for a Seller to sell with a Rent-To-Own,,, Lease-Purchase...
