Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License and MLS Membership.
• 15 years of REO experience.
• Affiliation with a Brokerage office that offers local Real Estate Board affiliation, community recognition, and a full support staff.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant issues and local eviction laws.
• Ability to manage properties through the eviction process, work with law firms and local Sheriff to organize eviction move-outs.
