After a few years of college he left there when he was 20 years old to go to a more relaxed life in Wheeling, West Virginia (of all places!) |

Lenny continued to buy Real Estate, traveling all over the United States learning the secrets of Creative Real Estate and Finance. Lenny formed a corporation, Choice Home Buyers, Inc, and immediately started buying houses in and around Austin. With his finance, marketing and Real Estate expertise, he buys houses from home owners who have/are un-able to sell with a Realtor. Lenny creates transactions that allow him to re-sell the houses to families who would not be able to buy their own home without assistance. |

Lenny found that more and more Seller's and Buyer's problems could be solved if they only used a skilled REALTOR®…so he eventually spent more and more of his time working with Buyers and Sellers in the capacity of a licensed REALTOR®. |
